To make a purchase, browse our online store and add any items required into the shopping basket. Once selection is finished, click on “Checkout” and complete the details needed to process your order.

PAYMENT AND PRICING.

The following methods of payment can be used to make a purchase from our website:

All payments are made securely through the website. You will be notified of confirmation of your order and payment. Once payment is made, a contract will exist between us, Purrsonal Touch, to supply the items ordered, and for payment to be honoured by you, the customer. An invoice will be raised once payment has
been made, and a copy will be sent with your order.
The above term is included to protect us from any pricing error, where we have inadvertently under-priced items. We will contact you if there is a price difference or price error to that shown on the Purrsonal Touch website. Once contacted, if you are happy to proceed with the order at the revised price, a payment request for the balance due will be sent to you.Upon receipt of the balance payment, the order will be processed and dispatched to you.

OUT OF STOCK.

We will notify you of any items out of stock at the time of purchase. Items out of stock will be placed on a back order, subject to availability. If you wish to cancel your order, a refund will be issued.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING.

Shipping of orders is within the UK only. Overseas shipping can be arranged, subject to you, the customer, contacting us to confirm the shipping rates to the overseas delivery location, and full payment for shipping to the delivery location has been made.
All small items are shipped within the UK with the Royal Mail, by 2 nd class Signed For service. Larger items are shipped with a carrier on a 24hr delivery service. Delivery with the 24hr carrier service to Offshore, Scottish Borders, Remote Scottish Mainland, Highlands (and Islands), Northern Ireland and Islands locations are subject to a surcharge on the shipping rates. RETURNS.

If you wish to return an item, please do so within 14 days of the date of purchase. When returning an item, please state the reason for the return, and include all product packaging sent with the item at the time of purchase. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. These terms do not affect your statutory consumer rights.

All items sold on our website are in a new and unused condition, unless otherwise stated. Cat toys featured on the website are for interactive use, and it is highly recommended that cats are supervised at all times when playing with cat toys. Cat toys should be checked and inspected on a regular basis, and any attachment or loose material should be discarded to prevent accidental swallowing. Ingestion of any act toy material,
attachment or part can cause severe gastric distress in small animals. Where dyed feathers are used in the manufacture of cat toys supplied on our website, these are not colourfast. Cat toys are designed for interactive use; they are not suitable for children under the age of 5 as they contain small parts.
We shall not be responsible, whether in contract, tort (including negligence or otherwise) for indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage, any loss of profit (direct or indirect), loss of reputation or goodwill, loss of sales, third party claims, loss of business, pure economic loss arising out of, or in connection with, the performance or non-performance of our obligations under these terms and conditions, including such damage as may be reasonably foreseeable at the time items are ordered.
